Corner fabric chesterfield + 3 kids under 4 will I regret it?

Hi

We're looking at this sofa in either a pale pink or the faux leather

Out doubts are, as the covers can't be taken off and we have 3 kids under 4, will we regret it?
We could get the fabric scotchguard sprayed
The faux leather, whilst not real leather should be wipeable.

Just can't decide.

All those folds and buttons in the fabric will be a magnet for crumbs and dust. Lovely sofa but I would look for something smoother.

P.s. Arighi Bianchi is great, however you can find the sofa's at other stores such as Housing Units, takes the shine off a little, though we'd still buy from Arighi as cheapest and much better customer service
