Why has the paint dried a different colour?

Arrg i have painted my daughters room, in what i thought was an off white/green, but its dried a turquoise sort of colour 😫
Do you think a light turquoise colour goes with this paper?
Thinking of pink accessories with it

I’m not going to say about whether turquoise goes with the wallpaper as have a few issues with blues and greens. But ijust so you know for the future paint dries darker than it looks in the tin. One thing to do is paint an A4 piece of paper and a tester pot so you can see it before.

If you have plenty of paint left over you could try adding white emulsion to see if lightening it helps but you’d have to be very sure you have enough to do the room as would struggle to recreate the same shade if you run out.
