About to start redecorating our house and really want to paint the living room green but can't decide on a shade.
Would love to get some inspiration if you could share your green living room pics??

What kind of green - dark, mid, light?

We have painted ours Dulux Tuscan Glade shade 2 (one they mix for you) - will post a pic tomorrow in daylight.

Hi @NigelsBird I'm thinking mid to light. A sage green. I quite like Farrow and Ball Teresa green but I'm just not sure.
We have a South facing living room which gets a lot of light so can probably pull of a darker green but I'm just paranoid about it looking dingy!

We have a South facing lounge and have f&b French gray, which looks green, it's a lovely sage type shade

Based my living on this picture I found on Pinterest. The paint is from Little Greene Paint Company and is called Boxington.

We've got pale green wallpaper with white elsewhere. It's really versatile, I change the accent colour every 6 months or so depending on how I feel and so far it has worked well with pale mauve, hot pink and the blush pink we've got at the minute.

In a south facing room I think it would look very minty. Fine, if that's what you want but there's not much cosiness to pale green. That said, it can brighten up a north facing room nicely . Have you considered something slightly warmer and softer, for example F&B Breakfast Room Green which has a lovely vintage gentleness?

Dulux Willow Tree and we love it. It's very green as the room is quite small but that's what we wanted.

If you look on paint websites, they often have customers photos posted against colours. It can be useful to see how a colour looks in different rooms. F&B and Little Greene do this.
