Apologies if this topic has been done to death. Looking for companies which do these (bay window).

Decided on deep cranberry/ raspberry colour (plain, not pattern)

John Lewis- perfect have used before but the fabric I want is out of stock and won't come back in stock 😩

Dunelm- website doesn't show any samples I like. Do shops have a larger selection does anyone know?

Laura Ashley- don't do samples online. Nearest home furnishings shop is a fair distance.

Curtains.com- anyone used this company? I've ordered a swatch.

curtains 2 go - gets good reviews. Not convinced the samples will be the right colour.

Any other suggestions please? I'd like to support a local business which also makes curtains but my friend had a quote and it was just a crazy cost.

Thank you.

Dunelm have a very limited range online - much more in store. Shame as the infomercials they have in store drive me crazy....

Good to know. Now to find the time to go to the shop!

What do you call a crazy cost for a local business. My local business charged £300 for made to measure curtains for a living room window and that included coming out to measure, making the curtains, coming back to hang them and taking all rubbish away.

Dunelm Mill were more expensive.

Next were good but don’t know what fabrics they have

I had 2 pairs of curtains made to measure from www.247curtains.co.uk recently.
Absolutely brilliant quality and price. Under £200 a pair (full length, interlined).

I also almost got some from Next Made to Measure but preferred the fabric at the other and NEXT was more expensive made2measure.next.co.uk/

I've used this company in Leeds (but they do online too):

www.curtains-fabrics.co.uk/

I'd seen some fabric I liked in John Lewis but this company could make me some in the same fabric (which was by Voyage I think) for less than half the price John Lewis quoted, which was great. I've had them for a couple of years now and I'm very happy with them.
