Small hallway - where do you store all your shoes?

Our hallway is so small, and we need some inspirations on where to store shoes. We could take them up to bedrooms, but in all honesty neither would I.
Things like the Hermes Ikea shoe cabinet would stick out so far out front door would smack in to it.
Does anyone have any wonderful ideas on where we can put shoes when we come in to the house, in a way that looks nice?

This might work. It is 18cm deep compared to the Hemnes model which is 30cm.

We have the Ikea trones in white and love them. Shoes worn less often live in bottom of the wardrobe, day to day shoes in trones, with the grey boot tray below for wellies.
