Dining table help!

Anyone know good places to go for a nice oak or pine(not painted) rectangular dining table? Tried oak furniture land and world of oak/touch of pine (local to us). BUT the problem we have is the one table we liked was an extending one and had a huge lip underneath so if you sit at the table it cuts into your thighs. We also want long and narrow (max 90cm width). Anyone have a gorgeous table they'd like to share where they got it from?

Have you looked on eBay? There are a lot of refectory tables for sale which might be the correct width for you.
