Cabin or loft bed for 7 year old?

We're looking at getting a cabin or loft bed for DSD to maximise space in her bedroom. Do you think a cabin bed or a loft bed (much higher) is better for a 7 year old?

Cabin - its a pain in the arse changing the sheets on wither but the loft is worse.
