Dining room inspiration please

Would love to knock through from the kitchen to dining room and have one big open kitchen/diner but that's not plausible right now , so any dining room inspiration please , the downstairs is very open planned anyway so the living room flows into the dining room with the kitchen to one side .

I'm just really struggling with how to decorate the dining room and still have it in keeping with the living room , any ideas or pics of dining rooms please !
