Wreaths are really easy to do, well my "rustic" version is. There's loads of tutorials on Youtube and different bases you can use. I've made my own the last couple of years, it's saves me £40 and I enjoy doing it. I do it like this -
Use a 12" Oasis wreath ring, you need to soak it first until there's no more bubbles coming up.
I cut some branches off our Christmas tree (if you aren't having a real tree try Lidl, a garden centre or go foraging) for the base foliage, then ivy and whatever other greenery I have in the garden. I collect berries and other bits like that when I'm walking the dog. You can buy the orange slices from Hobbycraft or Amazon (or do your own).
Tie your hanging ribbon on the base first then work around adding the base foliage (just push it into the oasis) then your decorative foliage. Then finally any flowers, berries, pine cones etc.(you'll need florists wire and stub wire to attach these bits).
It should last a few weeks, I spritz mine with water to keep it fresher.
