Flooring to go in Kitchen

About to move into new build house and struggling to pick flooring in kitchen.

We have white gloss kitchen with oak worktops.

Anyone who has an eye for style (not me!) have any suggestions as to what might go?

Maybe a pale wood chevron (but perhaps in Amrici or similar because of risk of water).

I'm a total sucker for tumbled limestone every time though.
