Thick rug suggestions please!

I am out of ideas of where to look for a rug 140 x 200 cm - thick probably wool or synthetic. Budget roughly £150-£200 max.
It's to go in the living room where the baby plays so don't want to spend a fortune!
Looked at John Lewis (liked a yellow one but doesn't come in the right size), M&S, Ikea, Habitat...

Any other suggestions?!

Next have a good selection. Dunelm isn't bad if you can wade through their website without swearing.

We have this from Made. I bought it because the colours suit the room but it's got a reassuringly thick pile. I was impressed for the price.

Rugs and dining chairs are two things I couldn't get over the price of when we bought our own place.

We have a lovely thick rug which we bought from Next earlier this year, it's great quality considering I think it was only around £80 - it gets lots of comments from guests.
