La Redoute - delivery time

So now that I've ordered my rug, generally how long does delivery take?!!

I ordered it on Friday (I know I'm very impatient 😁) I got an email order confirmation but no date of expected delivery. I chose click & collect (it's a small size so can fit in the cat)

I googled online for how long stuff usually takes from this company & got anywhere between a few days & some people still waiting for stuff from 2010, so I'm hoping it's not the latter.

Must be a small rug if it will fit in the cat 😀😀!

I haven’t ordered anything from them for a long time now but when I did it always arrived within the week.

Have only ever ordered clothes and they normally arrive within a week. Takes a lot longer for them to refund.

So it's been a week since my order, when I check online, the status changed yesterday from 'order in progress' to prepared for despatch' on 24/10/2018. DH says the payment was pending in his account but this morning he says it's no longer pending and has not been taken out either!? I'm a little bit panicky - if no payment has been taken & it's no longer pending - what's happening to my order, I've read a few online reviews well quite a lot really that say orders were simply cancelled by the company because the item was no longer in stock without the buyers knowledge! I don't think I've ever had to wait this long for a delivery /collection, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again!

it came within a fortnight

soooo slow on delivery which outs me off ordering from them. however very pleased with the bedding when it did eventually arrive

I’ve recently ordered a rug and some bedding from them, delivery is so slow. Took about a fortnight for both items to arrive. Delivery also costs the same as most companies who offer next day delivery too.

It arrived at the parcel shop on Saturday so all is good - ish! I love my new rug, I just have one ickle bug bear - it's got a bump/buckle along one edge, I've got a heavy next catalogue currently sat on top of it to try & flatten it, although it kind of just seems to move the bump along, iukwim. I'm hoping it'll flatten out in time as I don't really want to go through the whole returns process, I imagine that could take a while...and it's not a huge thing, I can live with it.
