What colour for a large bedroom that needs renting out?

I have to do it on the cheap as the flat doesn’t belong to me. My decorator wants to use Dulux trade and their colours are confusing me. It’s south facing and needs everything doing. He wants bright white but there’s a large turnover and tbh it will get mucky. I’m sending a photo any other cheap ideas I’m assuming they will bring their bedding

White is a great idea. It's cheap and can be bought in a large bucket for the price of a small tin of other paint. It's good quality. You'll get to keep the tin for touching up dirt later on.

Ok shalli just get a big lampshade?

I think it looks much brighter

Not really a big bedroom though , are you getting new bed , furniture etc? It’s all a bit bedsit.

I don’t own it I just wanted it to look cleaner and it looks a thousand times better now there’s some bits in there and no, the landlord won’t buy a new bed. Won’t spend a penny after putting a new kitchen and bathroom in.

For London it’s a big bedroom.
