Fleece bedding - yay or nay

Have fallen in love with a fleece bed set, it looks really snuggly and soft, but am plagued by the feeling it’ll end up being all sweaty... Reviews suggest otherwise but wondered if anyone had any experience..

I'm interested in fleece bedding too! The idea seems amazing but I bet the reality is it goes bobbly after a few washes and it makes you roasting at night 😂

I’m trying to justify it with the fact that my bedroom gets very cold in winter...

I like my bedroom cold. I have cotton bedding but a very big fleece blanket to go over the duvet for extra cold nights. It's really cozy! I wold think fleece sheets or duvet covers would be too sweaty 😫😫😫

Not sure i could cope with fleece but love my brushed cotton bedding. Feels like getting into a hug.

I have fleece bedding from matalan and I love it. It’s so snuggly in this winter and is still soft after being washed. Get one you won’t regret it

I bought one for my Ds. He has sensory processing difficulties, he is sleeping so much better with it remains more covered than normal.

Fleece blanket on the bottom and normal 100% cotton duvet cover on top with matching pillow cases. I love my fleece blanket, good in both summer and winter. And it's never sweaty!!

I have fleece bedding that I bought last year and it's lovely and cosy. I don't like heating on in the bedroom and sleep with the window open 365 days a year though. It's been washed numerous times and hasn't faded or gone bobbly. I've just ordered another 2 sets from Next ☺️

I have a large fleece blanket as a top sheet. Its always warm but never hot.

DS felt the Dunhelm teddy bear fleece bedding and had to have it. He did end up very sweaty. However he is a big fan of my flannelette set.

You are going to be so cozy! We have brushed cotton bedding in winter and I LOVE it!!!!!
