I like the idea of the neater look but are these annoying to clean(inside)/replace?

They'd be annoying if you want to shower but not get your hair wet.

Also you'd need to be Olga Korbut to wash your nethers, so it's a no from me.

We'd have a handheld shower too. So "rainfall" from the above then for the nethers get the powerful handheld to get the nitty gritty outGrin

Just wondering if something like this would be difficult to clean (as you can't screw it off the water pipe and dunk it in vinegar or whatever to clean the inside)

They look great. Presumably the actual perforated bit unscrews somehow, so you could de-limescale it or whatever?

We were advised against concealed pipes from our plumber. If there is a leak or any problems the cost and chaos to repair is huge.

Cleaning would be a mammoth task too.

I have a shower with the rainfall head which was put in by the previous owners but it drives me mad not having a separate head to be able to clean the shower with, I end up having to fill a bucket with water to clean it which drives me mad. If you get a rainfall (which are great showers) get a separate head to make cleaning easier.

I pay a fortune to have my hair braided and could cry every time I get to a hotel and there is only an overhead shower. I thank you on behalf of your house guests for having a handheld too 🙏🏽
