We have recently moved in to a new house and are changing the flooring in the kitchen. Walnut worktops and cream gloss units is what we have in. My question is what type of flooring? Laminate is our budget but my husband and I are unsure whether to go for a more rustic look (an unpolished wood look to match the colour of the worktops although won't be a perfect match) or to go a glossy walnut laminate? Would the gloss laminate against gloss cabinets be too much? It is on open plan with the living room and it is grey tones in there much more contemporary look. Or any other suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks 😊
