Has anyone bought from them? I'm thinking we really need to sit before we buy but there are few places where we can.

Bumping this for you OP as I am also interested to know if anyone has bought from them...

I have, but about three years ago now. Great service, got a sofa right before Christmas that was due for delivery in the new year. I do sometimes hear horror stories about delivery being pushed back by months though.

Sometimes worth having a look on eBay too, there's some nice made sofas on there at the moment as seconds.

Also bumping as I’m interested in getting a sofa from there.

I have! But I do live in London where there's a store with some of their lines in so could see it.

We bought the Mortimer, it's good, you won't get a 4seater sofa for that price many places, but I don't think it's wearing that well (possibly the sofa style). It's not very supportive as it's low backed and the cushions at the back do need refluffing a lot - I may get new inners for them as they are sagging - possibly a design/style of sofa issue. I had a sofa from Harvey's years ago before I moved and I remember that being very comfy.

That said we've also bought an armchair from there which is wonderful and comfortable and gets a lot of complements.

We bought a sofa and chair from them last year. The sofa is fine, decent quality, comfy etc. However the chair has been a nightmare, it was faulty and they have completely refused to replace, repair or refund. We also bought a rug that has bled dye onto the cream carpet underneath and won't come out. I wouldn't buy from them again.

I’ve ordered quite a few things from made.com. Yes, their delivery times are really long and regularly delayed. I am very happy with the furniture but the sofas aren’t particularly comfortable. I have a padded chair (not armchair) and it is very good quality and comfy for a sit but not a lounge. Try sofa.com instead....much more comfortable, delivery is quick and you can return with no quibbles. I think that for sofas that you’re better off going to a sofa store rather than all furniture store.

I have got a sofa and matching chair from them.
I found it to be good quality and has lasted well.

My uncle has a sofa from them, a burnt orange velvet corner sofa and it's the nicest sofa I've ever seen.

OP try affordable sofas on eBay. We recently got a lovely Scott corner sofa from them for £700 and it’s the exact same as the Made.com one- quality is good and sofa comfy.

I really love the sofas on website and can see their ratings have improved on trust pilot.however anybody having a sofa from them for couple of years please tell me your exp, I am interested in their "harlow" series at the moment. cheers!

I belong to a few FB home groups and they dont get good reviews there at all.
I like their sofas but am looking elsewhere.
Orla Keily has a similar range of sofas which have had better reviews and seem good quality. Maybe worth a look

pastaparadise · 26/07/2020 01:10

We've had a few things - lovely sofa and chair, but a wardrobe where the doors have never slid properly and feels a bit flimsy. Long wait for delivery but do take returns if you decide against something. Shop in Liverpool too if you're close to there

I have the venti corner sofa. I was a bit nervous as there were some negative reviews of made sofas online. It’s beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everyone asks about it.

We bought dining chairs from there. One broke (legs sheered off seat) within 12 months. Fortunately it was DH not elderly parent sitting on it at the time.
