Paint for sunny room

I want to make our living room more cosy. It has two walls which are glass. Two normal walls. It’s a south facing room and very sunny. I want it to look cosy. Has to go with brown (crappy) doors. Currently a pale cream but I want to be braver and choose a bold colour. Cream carpet and it’s so dull.

Thank you. I was thinking more darker to counterbalance the brightness. Like a deep colour.

I think it depends on how high your ceilings are in the room and your style of furnishing...however I am a lover of bold and unusual colours. Here are a few ideas......what sort of style are you looking for?

Low ceilings. Furniture is a bit mismatch. Some antique and some modern.

Navy blue.
