Painting lattice top garden fence

Does anyone have any tips for painting these please? Got loads to do arrrrhhh! Currently using Valspar exterior paint and brush.

big tray (or cheap paddling pool) and dunk it
or spray it

I would use a fluffy roller for the big areas ( i.e. togged the main coverage done as quickly as possible ) and brush for the more fiddly bits.
