ottoman beds?

Anyone got a gas operated ottoman bed?

Am looking at a double for a spare room, need storage for bedding.

Are they comfy? It'll be used regularly by Grandma and friends.

Any brands you'd recommend/recommend I avoid?

We have two.

They are as comfy as any other as they have slats and it'll be the mattress that makes the comfort.

I find them excellent. We have a sort of grey linen. I ordered the frame from amazon. Seems fine. Obviously got the mattress separately.

It's years since I bought beds, we got it from John Lewis in the sale.

Recommendations for mattresses? Im not sure about where to start. This is further evidence that I am a rubbish grown up.

We have an ottoman. Got ours from Bensons for Beds, it is very comfy imo, we have an igel mattress but our old memory foam was just as comfy.

The storage is fantastic because it's all hidden.
