Paint testers

I have tested several paint colours and finally chosen one that is lighter than some of the tests. Any idea if i can scrub off the tests and if so, how? Or will i just need to do several coats over those bits to cover them?!

Just paint over the area. If you have noticeable brush marks in an obvious place, you might want to lightly sand the area before painting in your chosen colour using a roller.
