Have you tried EBay?
I bought quite a few similar items for a display a while ago. You have to hunt a little using different search terms but there are loads of nice silver plated plates and bowls on there at pretty reasonable cost (some starting at £2-3)
Try searching for ‘vintage silver bowl’ and ‘vintage silver charger’ for starters.

Ebay, or charity shops, they always have stacks of these sorts of trays!
