I just love matching wallpaper and curtains - I have them in my sitting room (Laura Ashley Summer Palace in Cranberry), bedroom (Laura Ashley Grape Honeysuckle) and 2nd bedroom (Laura Ashley Hydrangea in pink) - oh, I might also have a little obsession with Laura Ashley in general!

I am pondering whether to get the dining room done in wallpaper - I already have the Tuilleries curtains (by guess who) and the wallpaper in on sale at the moment at more than half price OR I can paint it cream with a feature red wall.

Not sure what to do.......... over to you!

Have what you like - you are the person living with it. It becomes too much imo when you have curtains, wallpaper and bedding the same pattern or curtains, wallpaper and upholstery.

Sounds like it'll match in with the decor of the rest of your house.
Plenty will say it'll be "too much" .... but there's not much decor-wise I like in all the magazines at the moment. So each to their own.
Personally, I'd probably go for white bed linen, with accessories / cushions in plain colours picked out from the floral prints. But that might be to plain for some 😂

It would be too much for me but I don't live there! So I say, decorate how you want unless you're planning to move in the near future Smile
