Paint to go with light grey sofa anyone? Pic included.

We're in the process of decorating our living room. Have bought some lovely light grey sofas. Struggling to decide what paint to choose. Love denim drift from dulux but think it may be too dark for the whole living room. Anyone have any ideas? We seem to be lost in a pile of samples!

we have Malm which is a fired earth colour and is a dark but warm grey. It goes really well with the very light grey sofas and yellow accents. Ours is in a snug though which is deliberately decorated in a cosy and dark style

White walls will look nice also. Then add a patterned rug and patterned pillows on your sofa to add texture.

We had a heritage pink, it was a fairly small dark room so I wanted it light and warm. If it was brighter then white is a possibility.

What about a "dirty" non girly pink? Farrow and ball peignoir for example. Or a pale sagey green?

Pinterest is good for stuff like this.

I did mine a dirty pink. Took a very a swatch book for some very expensive paint to Homebase to match it for a fraction of the cost.

The 'pink' is a very neutral but warm colour. I have then added different colour accessories each season to give the feel I want.
