Neutrals pls....

F&B suggested Oval Room Blue which I do love - have it in current house but I'm definitely after a white/off white room.

Suggestions for walls, ceilings (which will be a small pattern textured paintable paper), woodwork pls!

Also note, we're installing 2/3 height solid shutters. Sofas are navy.

Oh, and the bay window faces west, the back doors face east.

How about F&B tallow or pointing? I'd stick with light coloured/white woodwork to keep a light and airy feel.
