Window dilemma

I have recently posted the following on DIY - without any response, I hope you style and colour people could help.

We are refurbishing a 1960’s house the windows at present are dark oak colour. DH wants pebble grey I am unsure if I should play safe and have white.

The house is a yellowish stone, if we went for pebble grey (sort of pale greeny/grey) what colour do we paint the fascia boards and guttering?

Could really do with your opinions as I am finding it difficult to visualise

I'd paint them the same as the window frames otherwise it won't look cohesive.

Thanks you, I have been looking at lots of other peoples houses to help me decide.

I think the main problem is me! The windows are so expensive I am terrified of getting it wrong.
