Hi, firstly please kindly excuse any possible grammar mistakes as I'm not a native English speaker, as you'll probably notice.
I'm looking for a pvc tablecloth( as we needed coz small kids).
We are having terracotta pvc floor, red and white floral curtains and our dining table is pine. Wall colour isn't important as I would like to change it. What pattern/colour/style would you choose?

Polka dots always look nice, maybe a sage green or light blue if you think you have enough red. Or a colour that goes with your dinner plates. If you are in the UK then Dunelm have a good selection of dotty tablecloths.

Dotty would look nice with floral curtains, yy dunelm have a good selection, colour wise I suppose depends on how much red you have in the room.
Maybe a pale blue or beige/taupe colour.

This site has some nice ones, which are slightly more unusual:

I really want a dotty wipe clean table cloth. Tried Dunelm as theirs looked lovely and just what I wanted but the quality was awful I'm afraid. Mainly due to the fact it had been folded to be packed (no getting away from this, I know) but there was no way of getting the folds out and it kind of stood off the table in peaks like a dotty mountainous landscape! Back it went unfortunately! Confused

Bluesheep you need to go somewhere where they cut it off the roll, eg the range, John Lewis

Ah thanks curls I will check out The Range then, great tip!

See my link above, also

Both sell dotty clothes that can be delivered on a roll rather than folded.

I have used both and been pleased with them.

“Cloths” not clothes...

Oldraver · 16/06/2018 10:49

I got a nice one from Sainsburys and even whenwe have had it folded the creases come out quite quickly.

A lot depends on wether it is plastic (like the ones I got from Aldi) or if they are cloth based.

One I got from John Lewis off the roll is cloth based byt they do tend to be more expensive

I have a waxed cotton one - all creases and folds come out fairly quickly.

Lots of hardware stores sell the plastic style ones on rolls. Lots of funky choices.
