What tog duvet do you use in the summer?

I need to get my 'back from uni for the summer' daughter a lighter duvet and I wondered what everyone uses.

I use a 4.5 tog all year as I get lots of hot flushes

I think ours is 8. It has a 6 that attaches to it for when it's colder.

I haven't seen an 8 but I have seen a 7.5

An expensive 7.5 tog seems to be the same thickness as a cheap 13.5

Have you got a Dunelm near you? That's where we got our summer weight duvets from.

M&S do a 1 and a 2 tog and John Lewis do a 2.5. I love the 1 tog for summer.

We have 4.5tog just now and swap to 10.5tog when it's colder

4.5 from wilko, best duvet I’ve ever had!

I've decided to get her a cheap 10.5 tog. Hopefully warm enough as she feels the cold but not so warm that she needs a lighter duvet. Thanks everyone 👍
