The other day my washing machine waste pipe burst and poured water everywhere, I was upstairs at the time so didn't realise.
The water went all across the kitchen floor under the wooden flooring which is by the front door, the wood has now started to lift. Also the water went under the carpet in the front room and now it's drying out, absolutely STINKS!
My house is rented accommodation so how do you think my landlord will react? Will my contents insurance cover this?
