Out and Out Original - any good?

I'm after some garden furniture and saw Out and Out Original mentioned on a thread here. Lovely stuff and decent prices.
I've found what I want and it's available now (delivery 3-10 working days) but I've been spooked by some poor reviews on customer service. (To be fair, most are really positive but those who rated them low went into great detail).
Has anyone used them? Are you happy with the quality? Any comments on customer service (if you needed them)?

Hi, I've just received the Madrid 8 seater garden furniture and very happy with it. good quality.
Delivery took 13 days and not within 10 days, but apart from that all happy with the company and product. hope that helpd

Thank you @missnuter01 - that is EXACTLY what we've just ordered! I'm so pleased to hear the quality is good and delivery wasn't too long. We've already had a call from the delivery company to say they have received the job. We needed something ahead of having visitors and I was amazed I found a set I actually liked (we used to have a rattan set with glass top and I really didn't want that again - the smudges drove me crazy!

Did you use a discount code to get half price?
chairs all built, and table is easy to build 24 screws!! very happy with it.
Only issue is one of the table panel is a different colour, can live with it but they've offered a discount or replacement, so I'm awaiting the replacement. so just check that out when you receive.

Some of the reviews are quite alarming mainly about delivery and customer care being poor. Has anyone used them?.. is the quality good and if needed how was customer care?

I bought some garden furniture from them a few years ago. It is lovely and I'm very pleased with it. However the table arrived damaged and I did have to keep contacting them to get a replacement. Overall I would order from them again, although I'd check everything carefully on delivery.

I ordered my garden furniture from this company in March. I've been emailing them, leaving voicemails and now sending messages on Facebook, I've had no response from them. I am now trying to get my money back, I would not order from them
