I live in an old stone house, there's 3 rooms in the cellar and some of the walls have been painted in he past - no plaster I don't not think as they're certainly not smooth but a thick white paint which is now flaking off and messy.
The cellars are not dry lined and so a bit damp which is fine. - can I repaint the flaked walls with anything?
