Morning all,
Me and my partner are looking to do up our bedroom on a budget. Any suggestions of where we could get affordable bedding, blinds, furniture etc?
Many thanks xx

Most of the supermarkets have inexpensive home stuff now, of all styles. Dunelm is usually decent prices too. For things such as blinds/curtains/furniture, do consider second hand, as something like a blind can get very little use- some people redecorate every year!

Dunelm is always a good place. Asda sell some lovely cheap bedding. Argos also sell good cheap blinds. Maybe decide on how you would like the room to look and then go from there. I have just painted our bedroom white and am using the duvet cover for the interest in the room. We have creamy white blackout blinds plus dark blue curtains. All furniture is old pine and we have a black and gold metal bedframe, so sort of country bedroom. We also have plants.

I got some plants for the room, we were thinking of painting the walls magnolia. Neutral colours. X

I wouldn't use magnolia personally, as its a bit peachy. Try something more neutral.

The shade we've picked is like a nice cream colour? X

We both like those wooden Venetian blinds but hard to find any affordable ones. We're also planning on getting some storage boxes that work as seats to.
