Teenage boy's bedroom: sofa, gaming beanbags...???

I'm redoing my Ds's bedroom and his room is large enough to have a sleeping area, a study area and a social/gaming area. I was thinking he could have a sofa bed (in addition to his bed) or perhaps several chairs would be more flexible? What do you think? We've had beanbags before and I don't want to have them again as even the expensive ones end up flat and they're usually noisy. Any gaming chair you'd recommend?

Thoughts?

I'd go for a sofa bed. Although saying that, we've just redone DS's room completely and went for a small double bed for him as he is 13 and getting too big for a single to be comfortable. This meant we couldn't fit a sofa bed. However, it seems to work ok. He loves his larger bed. He has a large cushion style bean bag, computer chair and his mates seem happy to loll around on the floor too. There is space for an air bed for sleepovers. But I would definitely go for a sofa bed if you have space!

Thanks Herman. DS also has a small double bed. He is very lucky as he has the master bedroom in a victorian semi so it's a rather large room, hence the possibility of having both a bed and a sofa bed.

His pals love it, and it does recline fully, so can be used as a bed too.

IKEA do a fantastic small corner sofa that literally pops out into a double bed. Friheten is the name, never been so excited about IKEA in my life as when I saw this!

My sons have chairs from made they use for gaming, one has the charcoal one and one has the yolk one, can't remember the and I'll have a look x

It's the kolton! Looks great, it doesn't seem that comfy to me as it's quite a stiff chair it's not squashy at all but they love it.
