How do I hide those white plastic pin picture hooks?

We have really hard walls in our house, to get anything other than those little white plastic picture hooks with the 3pins (I've hopefully attached a picture in case my description is rubbish) needs a professional with a serious drill & even then it's not easy. I usually use command strips but I've got a few small mirrors on chains I want to put up & the ugly plastic things are the only ones that will work. Does anyone have any good suggestions to cover them up? The room has a vintage feel but at this stage I'd take anything. Many thanks

You just shorten the hanging wire/string a little, then the hook doesn't show above the frame.

....or chain !

The chain is part of the feature so shortening won't work but thanks for trying. Mirrors are a bit like this.... I've tried searching for some kind of decorative cover but no luck.

You could make a cover out of balsa wood painted gold to match the mirror. Make it a small Art Deco style shape such as an open fan or rising sun. Being soft balsa it would just press into place over the hooks.

Could you spray them gold so they match in with the colour of the chain. And then maybe won’t be as noticeable?

Both brilliant ideas I never would of thought of, thank you.

Pop an artificial flower on using a hot glue gun?

Those Command hooks a pp has linked to only hold 2lb or 900g - mirrors can be a lot heavier.
