New kitchen advice

We have decided to change the old kitchen in our house. I'm extremely excited but also lost. Which one should I go for? Handless or not? Gloss or matt? What colour? All I know is I like modern look, so wouldn't want anything traditionally looking (wooden look etc). But from a practical side I've no idea. Our kitchen is average in size, not too small or too big. I'm planning to have integrated appliances.
Any advices and idea ladies??

if I was doing my kitchen again, I will choose handless amd matt. Fed up with gloss, shows every fingerprint.

Thank you, I've heard a lot of the same comments re gloss kitchen! Why do you think handless are better? Easier to clean?

Handleless suit the modern style better.

I know Wickes aren't the height of fashion in the world of kitchens but i was in there yesterday looking for some replacement doors for my mum's kitchen. The kitchen designer said that glossy kitchens are on their way out. Matt is now the 'in' thing for 2018 and they are reducing their range of glossy kitchens because people aren't buying them anymore.

Things I love most about my kitchen - breakfast bar and the boiling tap!
