How to hang a mirror?

I've just bought this mirror for our new bathroom:

Which I love but DH is worried it's too heavy and might fall off the wall without a heavy duty fixing Sad

Does anybody have any suggestions for a very strong wall fixing to hang it from which won't look hideous?

Depends why your walls made out of

Plus we need to see the back? Are there fixings behind the mirror plies the chain?

It's just the chain and the walls are tiled.

I have form for going and buying stuff I like the look of and DH telling me it's impractical!

I'm wondering if you can buy some form of extra strong double sided tape (or similar) to stick the mirror to the wall - so the chain is almost decoration?

A really nice decorative hook which can then have some decent fixings into the wall? What's behind the tiles? Solid or stud?

The wall behind the tiles is one of the external walls, so it's solid.

Making a decorative hook into a bit of a feature might be a good idea!

In which case then I'd get a nice hook, then take it down to your local ironmongery shop to get the largest gauge screw (min 2 1/2" long) that will suit the hook. The screws that are supplied with them are rarely adequate for hanging much more than a towel from them, and although the link doesn't give a weight I'd guess the mirror is fairly heavy.
