We had new vinyl flooring laid less than six months ago. There was originally a small bump running in front of the cooker. I rang on three separate occasions to ask for shop to send fitters back out. They basically fobbed me off, no one ever turned up. Since then in the past three months it's developed massive bumps in big lines all across it. I'm guessing they cut it too long when they fitted it? I'm not even sure it's something fixable now? Adding in it wasn't cheap flooring. I know if I ring them I'll get the fobbing off treatment again. Not really sure how to resolve it?
