Curtain size help

I've got myself confused over curtain sizes so hopefully someone can help
If my Windows are 184cm wide and 57cm long (72inch x 22inch) what size curtains do I need?
Also I want them to hang reasonably long, not just to window sill level

I'm looking at eyelet curtains, I've only measured the window from the outside cos I've not got the keys yet.
I guess I'll have to delay my buying until I get the keys.

You definitely need to wait to be inside and measure from curtain rod to the floor. Also, the measurements don't sound right - sound like the shape and size of window in the pic. Quite unusual.

If you go onto the online website Wow Curtains, they make it easy for you to know how to measure. Helped me out so much too!!
