Vacuum that washes and cleans at same time?

Can anyone recommend a vacuum that washes floors at same time as hoovering? I’m looking for something effective but not overly expensive. Thanks

Are you planning on only using one device? Are you going to have a separate vacuum at all?

I think most carpet cleaners have a function to suck up the water after cleaning, don't they? So I imagine that it would be like vacuuming to a degree, though I wouldn't want this to be the only machine in the house.

I want a machine that does both as I’ve heard you can get them.

Does Vax still exist? Adverts from the 80s lead me to believe that Vax meets your criteria.

I’m just looking to see if anybody has lots of hard floors like me and he best way to clean them as two methods takes ages. Any recommendations much appreciated...
