What colour wall?

We have these olive stem Orla Kiely curtains either side of our fireplace-

We have ivory walls and brown sofas what feature colour would you do on the wall of the fire place? ( this bit sticks out so the walls either side with the curtains are ivory)

I'd have to see the room but navy looks great with olive green if you want to go bold.
