Help!! I need to get a stain off wooden kitchen worktop

I put down an aerosol can on the worktop and when I picked it up there was a ring of rust. I tried to clean with cream cleaner but this has made it worse. It looks really bad. What can I do to fix it please? If anyone has suggestions I’d be really grateful.

Sugar Soap's a really good cleaner. Rustins do a wood bleach too

Salt scrubbed with half a lemon.

If else fails, sanding paper is your friend.

Oxalic acid. If you can't get it, use Barkeepers friend. Test it first, obviously.

Let it dry thoroughly, sand it and re-oil. Osmo worktop oil is the best.
