Where is decent quality, price and service?

Last time I used carpetright and they were terrible!

In London so can probably get to most showrooms.

I always use a small independent shop local to me as they are more willing to do things like move furniture and take away old carpets and underlay. I avoid the large chains. Google for independent shops near you then go and look.

Honestly go to a smaller local retailer. Carpetright & SCS don't use their own fitters and there are hidden charges in the quotations such as £50 just to deliver the carpet. I wouldn't go near them
