Next sofas...worth buying second hand?

We’ve had our current sofas over 10 years and they really aren’t owe us anything, they’re really comfy but they’re starting to look really scruffy.
I have no Issue with buying second hand furniture, and a lot of what’s available second hand is a lot newer than what I want to replace. I’ve seen a lot of Next sofas on Gumtree and wonder what they’re like quality wise? Are people getting rid of them because they’re rubbish, or are they still ok after a few years? Does anyone have any experience of Next sofas?

Our next sofa is 14 years old and we’re thinking of replacing it, but havent found one that’s as comfy yet. It is starting to look scruffy but it’s been through dogs and kids so no wonder.

I had a Next sofa for about 6 years, and only got rid of it due to a house move. It was still in great condition. I think you'd be okay buying second hand.

I had a seccond hand next sofa for 3 years it was so comfy and still looked like new. It was only when I went to sell it that a noticed the tag said it was over 10 years old! The only reason we sold it was because we needed a bigger one for our growing family. We brought the new one through next as we were so impressed with the old one - and ofcourse it's just as lovely. I would deffinetly go for one op!

I've got a next sofa bed. I brought it 6 years ago ( second hand) and it's still in fantastic condition, despite the kids and animals! In my opinion they are well made, the cushions have kept their shape well and the fabric very serviceable and hard wearing. Would definitely recommend

I've got a secondhand Next armchair and it's great!

Ive have next velvet sofas, ebay buys. One was a year old and one 3 years pld when bought, both matching but bought separately.

Ive had them 5 years now and love them.

Fab quality for the price.
