Help needed - tile trim for most high end finish??

We are tiling our bathroom to half height. I'm so confused about what kind of trim to use to achieve a really classy, expensive finish? What I've seen looks basic and a tad cheap. We're using a flat large metro tile.

I like an understated look so I'm not after anything flashy.

Can anyone help?

Well I think trims look less than classy and mitred edges are the way to go OP.
