Dwell sofa

We're seriously considering getting the Verona corner sofa from Dwell.
Does anybody have any wisdom to share about Dwell sofas?
I like:

• size is perfect (318cm long)
• the covers can be taken off and dry cleaned

Don't like

• legs (but as the sofa is so low, I won't really see them... Might paint them black?
• material feels slightly rough and ..cheap?

It's already in the sale - was £1799 and is reduced to £1000. I'd be happy to spend quite a bit more, but haven't found anything in the right size.

I have had this sofa for nearly 5 years. It’s v comfy and spacious. It’s also a sofa bed (ours is anyway).

Just got back from sofa.com and am more convinced that we will go with the Dwell sofa - the size is just perfect. And the price is substantially less than anywhere else.

I think you’ll be happy with it! The width of the arms is also v useful for resting cups, etc.
