How much shall I ask for?

We have a local selling/buying site and I want to sell some items but have no idea how much to ask. I’ve never seen comparable items and many things there are priced very low.
What’s reasonable for a Laura Ashley sofa in excellent condition or a John Lewis table and chairs, 5 years old? I think about a quarter of what we paid but is that too much to expect?

I would check what they're going for on eBay.

Second hand furniture goes for peanuts. Laura Ashley or John Lewis are just standard high street things so there wouldn't be a premium (unlike designer furniture which can fetch a lot even second hand).
