We are planning a new kitchen and were going to have Tiverton slate but now think it’s too dark for our room, especially as we have a slate floor which we don’t want to change at the moment. We’re now thinking of having the Tiverton bone for the main part, and Tiverton slate for the island, with a white quartz worktop on all of it. Has anyone got this combination or seen it? Do you think it would work? Or can anyone recommend a lighter grey shaker kitchen for a similar price?
