Loaf Sofas

Looking for opinions..
Am I the only one who thinks that Loaf sofas look great but they're a pain in the backside? I bought a large Jonesy recently and it requires constant plumping. I'm actually stopping people from sitting on it because it's such hard work....I do need to buy another sofa so I was wondering if maybe I've been unlucky, or picked the wrong one, or are all Loaf sofas like this??

I got a jonesy chair delivered last week and some scatter pillows. I can't comment on the chair because it's so beautiful looking that no one is actually allowed to sit on it Grin but the scatter pillows are noticeably more saggy than the far far Cheaper ones I got from matalan to go alongside and they do need a lot of plumping. Which for 50 quid a cushion is a bit annoying. (But then it serves me right for being idiot enough to pay 50 quid for what is essentially a plain cushion I suppose)

Our sofa came from the Living Room-they have a website but also some show rooms knocking about...couldn't be more pleased with it-just if you wanted ideas for somewhere other than loaf...

Loaf are nice looking but after visiting the showroom I was unimpressed. They was too low, too battered looking and not particularly comfortable. Also massive.

We've got two and they're not a pain - just the usual turning / plumping of cushions every few weeks when I take them off to Hoover. Ours has no back cushions thought just seat ones

Does anyone have an M&S Rochester sofa? If so would you recommend it?

I'd not recommend Loaf. They look fine, in the catalogue often they look lovely, but they are uncomfortable. I had to replace the feather seat cushions with foam. A few moments after sitting down the feathers were all flat and you were basically on the bones of your arse.

I second the not recommending loaf. We bought a new bagsie very expensive - and found the cushions very uncomfortable and the height too low to get out of easily. To be fair they did replace both cushions and legs and it is a a lot nicer now but cushions still slide a lot and I would not recommend
