Chipped cream lacquered dining furniture

Hi

I’ve got a dining suite which is cream lacquered wood chairs and tables. There are now some chips. Is there a plasticky paint I can buy to cover the wee chips or is it a respray job in future please?

We have a black gloss TV cabinet that is badly abused by two young boys!! My husband touches up chips in the finish with guitar paint bought off eBay. You can see if you look closely, but certainly looks better than it does with the chips.
