Just got our living room painted using Johnstone's vinyl matt colour matched to dark colour. I have found with the lightest touch it leaves marks e.g running fingers lightly on the wall. Not grease marks but almost as if the pile on a carpet as been rubbed the other way IYSWIM.
2 coats at least were applied and the paint is definitely dry (it's been over a week).
I have googled but not found similar complaints. Just wondering if anyone else has found this and if there are any solutions?! TIA
